Integrative Medicine is healing-oriented, science-based approach to improving your health and wellness that takes into account the full range of physical, mental, emotional, and environmental influences. My approach addresses chronic health issues by improving sleep, nutrition, excercise and mental resiliency in a partnership together whereby we coach you through a plan to increase your overall healthspan.

No. We've chosen the model that best aligns with our belief in partnership and accountability. Dignity Integrative is a Direct to Consumer, subscription-based model, meaning we are accountable directly to you, our patients, and not to an insurance company.

Are you a primary care physician?

Accepted Answer

While we evaluate and treat many chronic medical conditions, our focus at Dignity Integrative Health and Wellness is in developing a personal plan for you to achieve optimal health over the next year. Since Dr. Falcone is not trained as a primary care physician we recommend you maintain a relationship with an internist or family practitioner for your ongoing medical needs.

Do you treat my condition?

We frequently receive calls wondering if we treat certain conditions. Since integrative and functional medicine look at the entire body, we don’t focus on any one diagnosis but on what your symptoms are.

Dignity Integrative is especially focused on issues related to digestion (SIBO, abdominal discomfort), symptoms related to diabetes, stress, chronic fatigue, heart disease, chronic pain, headaches, and concerns related to weight-loss.

Additionally, there are some conditions that Dr. Falcone does NOT treat. These include chronic Lyme disease, chelation therapy, and female hormone therapy.  All patients are screened prior to scheduling to ensure that they are a good candidate for Dignity Integrative.
