What the call is like
It is a phone call. You tell me what has been going on, how long it has been going on, and what you have already tried. I ask questions. At the end, I will tell you honestly whether I think I can help.
Sometimes the answer is no — sometimes what someone needs is a gastroenterologist, or a cardiologist, or three months of decent sleep, and I will say so. I would rather tell you that in fifteen free minutes than after you have paid for a full evaluation.
